Sleep Concerns We Support

What Keeps You Up at Night?

AcuSleep Clinic specializes in sleep-focused acupuncture care. We work alongside your physician as a complementary approach for the following concerns.

Insomnia

Difficulty falling or staying asleep disrupts every area of life. TCM pattern differentiation explores constitutional patterns — such as Heart-Kidney disharmony or Liver qi stagnation — to guide a personalized, complementary acupuncture approach for sleep quality support.

Root-Cause Focus

Snoring & Sleep Apnea Support

Snoring can indicate airway and constitutional imbalances. Acupuncture is offered as complementary support — not a replacement for OSA medical diagnosis or CPAP therapy. We work alongside your physician's care to provide integrative, whole-body support.

Complementary Support

If you suspect sleep apnea, please consult a licensed sleep medicine specialist for proper diagnosis.

Stress & Anxiety-Related Sleep

An overactive mind at bedtime is one of the most common sleep complaints. Acupuncture, grounded in Heart-Shen stabilization principles, may support a calmer transition to sleep as part of a whole-person, complementary care approach.

Mind-Body Balance

General Sleep Quality & Wellness

Poor sleep can affect daily energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Whether you wake unrefreshed, experience early waking, or simply lack deep sleep — integrative acupuncture and herbal care may support your body's natural sleep rhythm as complementary care.

Whole-Person Care
Our Approach

How We Help You Sleep

01

Sleep & Constitution Assessment

Your first visit includes an in-depth intake exploring your sleep history, body constitution, emotional patterns, and lifestyle. We use Biàn Zhèng (변증(辨證)) — pattern differentiation — to identify the underlying imbalance driving your sleep difficulty.

02

Personalized Sleep Care Plan

No two patients receive the same plan. Based on your assessment, we design an individualized acupuncture and herbal protocol tailored to your constitution — whether the root is Heart-Kidney disharmony, Liver qi stagnation, or Phlegm-heat patterns.

03

Acupuncture & Herbal Integration

We combine classical needling techniques with moxibustion, cupping, and herbal medicine — a gentle, non-pharmaceutical approach that may support the body's natural sleep rhythms as complementary care.

04

Sleep Hygiene & Lifestyle Guidance

We track your progress together, adjusting your care plan as needed. Dietary recommendations, sleep environment guidance, and stress management practices complement every treatment session.

Why AcuSleep
"When the whole system finds balance, sleep may come more naturally."
Classical Chinese medicine views sleep as a reflection of the body's deepest balance — Shen (심신(心神)) at rest. We address the constitutional root, not just the symptom.
